information about the various Advanced Reproductive Technology treatment options
available through our Center.
The Options and Fees described in this section include:

for couples with a combined income of less than $50,000 per year
- The Shared-Risk Plan
- The Shared-Risk with a Refund for No Take-Home Baby
(where couples receive a 70% refund of the basic cycle fee)

- Insurance-Covered Plans
This is only part of the bigger picture of the innovative and individualized care we
provide couples dealing with the issues of infertility. For instance, we offer more
introductory-levels of treatment such as Intrauterine Insemination (with or without
fertility medications). We also have in-house counseling services along with FREE
support groups twice monthly. Our Insurance Specialist is available to help you with
special low-interest rate financing options available with Capital One through our office.
